ESG

Nifco Korea creates innovations
that move the world with the
best technology.

Basic Concept

Nifco is committed to contributing to the realization of a sustainable society. As part of this, we place importance on building a society where human rights are respected, and hereby establish the 'Nifco Group Human Rights Policy.' We support the ILO Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work, respect the UNGPs (United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights), and will continue to promote initiatives for human rights respect and the establishment of related systems.

Furthermore, while respecting the laws applicable in the countries and regions where we conduct business activities, in cases where contradictions arise between national or regional laws and international norms, we will pursue approaches that maximize respect for internationally recognized human rights. Nifco prohibits discrimination, harassment, and human rights violations on any grounds, including nationality, race, age, gender, sexual orientation and gender identity, disability, ethnicity, religion, ideology, or creed. We prohibit all forms of human trafficking, including slavery, forced labor, and child labor. We are committed to eliminating discrimination in employment and recruitment, and we respect freedom of association and the right to collective bargaining.

Scope of
Application

Nifco applies this policy across all business locations and calls on all employees to understand and adhere to it.
We also urge all business partners to support this policy, while actively working to fulfill our responsibility to respect human rights.

Remedy and
Redress

Should Nifco’s business activities be found to have caused adverse impacts on human rights, we will pursue remedy and redress through dialogue and appropriate procedures in line with international standards. Internally, we have established a hotline for reporting concerns related to business activities and continue to strengthen the system for responding to such reports.

Employee Education ∙
Guidance

To prevent or mitigate human rights risks throughout all business activities, Nifco will provide employees with education and training so that this policy is thoroughly understood and effectively implemented.
