◈ Purpose to collect and use personal information: The Company collects personal information in accordance with the basic privacy policy in order to protect customers’ personal information and provide proper service. For the use of service, you have to agree with the following privacy policy. The collected personal information shall not be disclosed to a third person but only used for the purpose to answer your inquiry or provide good quality service.

◈ Items of personal information to be collected: name of company, email, telephone number, address, and name

◈ Duration of use and retention of personal information: In principle, the personal information that meets the intended purpose of collection and use shall be discarded without delay; provided that, however, such information shall be retained for about three (3) years to be used as the ground data for consultation process and the FAQ generation data for overlapped inquiries. If required in accordance with the provisions in the applicable laws and regulations including the Commercial Code, Nifco Korea may retain the members’ information for a designated period.
